The Association of Texas Oil & Gas Operators
(TOAGO) endorsed program was created in 2003 and will be the program
of choice for oil and gas operators and non-operators interest holders
domiciled in the State of Texas. It is written with an A-Rated Carrier
and includes the liability lines only.
ELIGIBILITY
- Main offices must be located in the State
of Texas
- Insured must either own or operate oil and gas wells
- Insured must
have Master Service Agreements in place for all contractors
- Insured
must be in business for at least three years
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Acord Applications, completed and signed
- TOAGO Supplemental Application
- Recently valued hard-copy loss runs
for at least three years, including the current year
- Copy of Master
Service Agreement in use
- Insured’s losses must include
details for all losses and resulting post-loss preventive measures
